The Lord loves all of humanity so much that He gave His Son, Jesus, who in turn, willingly gave His life in order to save us. How could we ever repay God for the amazing gift of forgiveness and eternal life that we receive upon trusting His Son to be our Savior? We are utterly incapable of repaying God, but through tithes and offerings we are afforded an opportunity to worship Him through giving while also expressing gratitude and our ultimate reliance on Him as the One who provides for all of our needs. Your generous giving is just one way of partnering with the rest of God’s people in the
great endeavor of sharing the good news of Jesus and helping God’s kingdom grow.
Anyone who would like to give to Zion online is welcome to do so through our church website. The system makes it easy to quickly transfer money from a bank account or debit card to the church safely and securely. One-time gifts and recurring withdrawals can both be set up, and gifts can be given either to tithes or general offering.
At Zion, we'll continue to take an offering during the service for people who prefer to give in person.
You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.”
